Custom project for Food Waste Pop Up restaurant in London.
During the 38-day pop up restaurant, chefs all over the world came to the roof of Selfridges
to create something delicious out of the ignored or un-coveted and inspiring new applications in our food system.
So thrilled Blue Hill Farm and Chef Dan Barder incorporated our work into this incredible food experience.
