Wonderwall Studios and De Rooy: a powerful fusion of wood and steel. 

When craftsmanship and a love for materials come together, great results can be accomplished. Our collaboration with De Rooy is a perfect example of this. What started with a shared passion and a few successful projects has grown into a lasting partnership. 

The result is an exclusive collection of steel doors with wooden inlays. Designed with an eye for detail. 

Launch at The Art Of Living. 

The new collection was unveiled for the first time at The Art Of Living trade show, at the stand of The One by Five. This inspiring event, where high-end interior design, architecture and craftsmanship meet, proved to be the perfect location for this innovatie collection. 

Diagonal and linear lines. 

The lines in these doors is what makes them unique. The wooden inlay panels are custom made and inspired by our recognizable designs. Ridge impresses with a bold diagonal pattern. Railings plays with straight lines, squares and rectangles. Velvet bog oak reflects the light subtly. 

Together, we selected two wood types with strong character: bog oak and walnut. Bog oak has been preserved for centuries beneath peat. The natural tannins and minerals from the peat lend it deep tones of black, grey and brown. 

Walnut is known for its rich hues and warm glow. Its distinctive grain gives each panel a refined and natural appearance.
